This list of regulated financial advisers is NOT intended as a recommendation, it is entirely an individual’s own decision to take regulated financial advice, they may choose, or not, to approach one, or more, of these or any other financial adviser.

Any advice, arrangement or contract made is between an individual and the financial adviser, who are independent of Buckinghamshire County Council.

You can be confident that this list of REGULATED financial advisers are;

• qualified as financial advisers and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority
• hold the Long-term Care and Equity Release qualifications (as required by the Financial Conduct Authority)
• accredited by the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA)
• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Checked
• are registered on the ‘Support with Confidence’ Scheme
• offering an initial telephone consultation, provided at the financial advisers cost, with any charges to be agreed prior to any work being undertaken. This will not include regulated financial advice which is fee based, any charges for regulated advice will be made clear and agreed with an individual prior to any work being done.
