Move Together Buckinghamshire: Supporting Residents to be Active Today for a Healthier Tomorrow

Move Together Buckinghamshire is a free targeted physical activity pathway supporting inactive residents aged 50+ living with long-term health conditions. The programme supports residents to become more active in a safe, structured and supported way.

Buckinghamshire Public Health have partnered with Active in the Community to offer this tailored support, helping people move more in a way that suits them — with professional support every step of the way.

What Is Included?

If you’re eligible, you’ll receive up to 12 months of support, including:

  • A personalised 12-week physical activity plan, tailored to your needs and abilities
  • 1-2-1 guidance from a trained adviser
  • Help accessing local, affordable activity sessions
  • Ongoing encouragement to build confidence and stay motivated
