Although your care and support plan will outline the services that you have agreed with the Council are best suited to your needs, your personal budget means that you are free to decide which provider you would like to use to obtain them. This allows you to ensure that the service matches your preferences as closely as possible.
Flexibility
Personal budgets give you the flexibility to decide when you receive services, allowing you to arrange a break or a change in frequency.
