Early Summer

Today was a good challenge as the weather had played a difficult part over last 3 weeks or so.

The potatoes got a nice bit of clearing, earthing-up and feeding, should be a very good harvest in a month or so.

The chard was harvested alongside the rapidly growing rhubarb.

Parsnips were planted, which will give crops early next year.

Spinach was also in abundance and well shared amongst the volunteers.

The herbs look good especially the sage and fennel.

There is plenty more to do and get involved with next week, when we will all meet again and get stuck in
