Active Bucks is a weekly programme of fun and inspiring activities taking place across Buckinghamshire; on days, evenings and weekends. It will continue throughout the year and new activities will be added regularly. There are activities for people of all ages.

Most importantly, you don't need to take up a sport or join a gym; any activity which makes you breathe faster and feel warmer, even gardening and housework, make a great contribution to your daily activity levels.
