Health needs assessments (HNAs)

A Health needs assessment (HNA) is another tool used to inform decision making. A HNA is a deep dive and focuses on a specific disease, population or intervention.

The following HNAs have recently been completed:

  • Drug and alcohol (2013)
  • Maternity (2014)
  • Pharmacy (2014)
  • CAMHS – epidemiological needs assessment only (2014)
  • Looked after children (2014)
  • Healthy eating (2015)
  • Adult social care (2015)
  • Carers (2015)

The following HNAs are currently in progress and due to be completed in 2015:
