Employment for people with disabilities

We help people with disabilities or mental health problems achieve their employment goals through:

• work based training
• work experience opportunities
• supported employment
• paid employment

There are 6.8 million disabled people of working age in Britain, one fifth of the total working age population. 47% are in work compared with 82% of non-disabled people of working age (Information sourced from Disability Rights Commission, Employers Forum on Disability and the Labour Force Survey 2004).
